SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Mount Royal uses UPS Ground Rates. We use Real time shipping calculation through UPS. This ensures that your shipping charges are exactly what they should be. Mount Royal DOES NOT add any handling charges to your order, therefore you only pay what UPS charges for delivery. During checkout you will have the option to select the appropriate shiping method on the order form.

Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed. Most deliveries reach their destinations within 8 to 10 business days of our receipt of your order. Sales tax will be added to your total for addresses in Florida (7%).

*Rush Delivery is available. Use STREET addresses (no PO Boxes, APO/FPO’s) Phone number required. We will add any rush delivery charges applicable to your order.

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii.
